To configure wildcard DNS in IIS. You need one IP address per WildCard DNS site, first click on your website in IIS and go to properties next go to the WebSite Tab.

Under Website Identification click on the Advanced Button then click on the add button, enter nothing for the host header and just 80 for the port.
